- Shipment verification
Once a Nova Post customer service employee receives an application for an international shipment, he or she clarifies the shipment data and validates the information entered in the application to avoid errors when filling it out. For example: transliteration of the recipient's and sender's data, transliteration of the shipment description, accuracy of the recipient's address and zip code, the sender's and recipient's data (phone and email should not be the same, etc.).
How to send
Once the shipment has been successfully verified, select a dispatch method and follow these steps:

- 3Give the courier the accompanying documents packed in the DocuFIX.
If you send from the branch
- 1Bring the packed and labeled shipment to the branch with a set of accompanying documents.
- 2Provide the operator with the sender's phone number or international shipment number or the customer's card number.
