Your shipment will be stored in our branch for 30 days
The storage period starts on the day following the day of receipt at the recipient's branch.
For most shipment types, free storage lasts 7 days. The exception is pallets, where the service becomes chargeable after 3 days of storage in the branch.
This service is provided automatically. There is no need to order it separately.
Within 30 days of storage at the branch, the shipment is considered unclaimed. The company has the right to deal with it at its own discretion, for example to dispose of it.
Storage period and service rates
The free storage period is 7 days, and for pallets — 3 days. It starts on the day following the day of receipt at the branch.
