Receiving parcels from a parcel locker is easy, convenient, and fast

Once the shipment is delivered to the parcel locker, the recipient will be immediately notified. You can find the nearest parcel locker on the map or in the app.

    Weighs up to 20 kg

    Has a declared value of up to 15,000 ₴

How to receive a parcel at a parcel locker

    Download the Nova Post mobile app.
  • 2
    Pay for the services online: if you are specified as the payer in the express waybill (EW).
  • 3
    Approach the parcel locker and turn on Bluetooth in the settings of your smartphone.
  • 4
    Open the required EW in the mobile app and click the "Open the locker" button.
  • 5
    Pick up your parcel and close the locker.

You can collect the parcel at the parcel locker within 5 days. Then, it will be moved to the nearest branch, and the recipient will be notified thereof via SMS or the app.

How to retrieve a parcel if the electricity is out?

    When your parcel has arrived, launch the app and check if your phone has an Internet connection

    Make sure the parcel is paid for

    Approach the parcel locker and turn on Bluetooth and geolocation in your phone settings if the app so requires

    Click the “Open locker” button in the app

    Collect the parcel and do not forget to close the locker

If you lack the time to collect your shipment from the parcel locker, have someone you entrust to collect it.

The service is free of charge. To make an order, specify the name of the new recipient to the EW in the mobile app.
