How does it work

Nova Post's fulfillment includes the management and optimization of all operations related to the storage of goods in the warehouse and the direct shipment of orders to your customer.

  • We can accept goods at the warehouse from you or your supplier
    In pallets, boxes, or by pieces
    We register each unit in the WMS system
    We integrate with your systems via API

  • Are there any restrictions on the volume of orders to start cooperation

    There are no restrictions. Nova Post's fulfillment services are available to anyone, regardless of the volume of their orders.

  • Are there any restrictions on product groups

    We handle a broad range of products, excluding:

    • 1
      Goods requiring special storage temperatures;
    • 2
      Goods prohibited for transportation under the Nova Post's terms of service.

  • What do I need to start cooperation

    To get started, fill out the feedback form on the website. Our manager will contact you and provide detailed information about the service.

  • If I receive an order after 5 p.m., when will it be sent to my customer

    We work 24/7, so the order will be sent to your customer as soon as it is processed.

  • Why is it profitable to send an order to a customer from a fulfillment warehouse

    Customers receiving fulfillment services are granted a 5% discount on current delivery rates across Ukraine under the following conditions:

      The discount applies to goods shipped from the fulfillment warehouse;
    • 2
      The discount is provided for the main delivery service and does not apply to additional services;
    • 3
      The discount does not apply to Tires and Wheels;
    • 4
      The discount does not apply to the extra fee for a size over 120 cm;
    • 5
      The customer must have a signed a Shipment Transportation Services Agreement and a Logistics Services Agreement (fulfillment) with NOVA POSHTA LLC.
