Convenient way to send parcels with money transfers and receive payments for them from the buyer to a bank card or in cash at the branch.

Service fee is 2% + 20 ₴ of the transfer amount

How to pay for a money transfer

  • Paying with foreign bank cards is limited

    You can make a money transfer and pay for the shipment via a POS terminal or online with UAH payment cards issued by any bank operating on the territory of Ukraine. If the payment is made with a bank card issued by a non-resident bank or having a different settlement currency, the customer may be denied the services.

How to receive a transfer to a bank card

  • Fast crediting to the sender's card
  • No need to revisit the Nova Post branch to receive the transfer

    Add your bank card to the mobile app or business account and enable the service, or provide your card number to the operator at the branch or courier when arranging the shipment.

    Send the parcel and wait for the recipient to receive it.
  3. 3
    NovaPay will credit the funds to the sender's card within 30 minutes*. If no crediting is made, you can receive the transfer on the next business day at any Nova Post branch upon our reminder via SMS.

* The money transfer is finally credited to the bank card according to the regulations of the bank servicing it.

Terms of transfer crediting to the card

The amount of transfers cannot exceed

    349 999 ₴ → for all shipments within one calendar month

The number of transactions cannot exceed

    50 transactions with the same card per day

Money transfers cannot be made to cards

    related to business activities: corporate cards or business cards

    blocked

The bank that issued the card may charge an additional fee for transferring funds.
The money transfer may not be credited due to restrictions imposed by the bank.
The term for crediting funds to a bank card depends on the term for transferring funds by the bank servicing the card.

How to receive a transfer at a Nova Post branch

  • No bank card is required
  • Extensive network of branches throughout Ukraine

    Send a parcel with a money transfer.
  2. 2
    Wait until the recipient receives the parcel and pays the money transfer.
  3. 3
    Receive the transfer at any Nova Post branch the next day after the recipient receives the parcel.

If you are a NovaPay LLC customer, the money transfer will be automatically credited to your NovaPay account according to the terms of the Payment Services Agreement.

Restrictions and terms of service when receiving a transfer in cash

    To receive a transfer at a branch, please provide an identity document

    The “Money transfer” service can be added, deleted, and edited only by the sender of the parcel through the “Changing data in an express waybill” service

The customer of the money transfer shall be responsible for the accurate data entry
