Cooperation and payment terms
- 1Cooperation takes place after signing an agreement. The agreement shall be provided by a responsible employee of the carrier.
- 2An international transportation must be ordered 2-3 days before dispatch.
- 3A legal entity shall make non-cash payments only, in the manner and within the terms specified in the agreement.

- How to start cooperation
In case of non-cash payments for transportation services, enter into a freight transportation agreement with Nova Poshta LLC and get individual pricing terms.
- Which documents are required to sign a non-cash payment agreement
- 1A copy of the tax status certificate, such as an extract from the VAT and/or single taxpayer register, etc. If such a document is missing, a letter signed by an authorized person indicating the taxation system may be submitted.
- 2One of the documents, depending on the circumstances:
- 2.1A copy of the Charter or an extract from the Charter with a full list of authorizations of the person signing the Agreement;
- 2.2A copy of the Branch Regulations, if the Agreement is signed through the Customer's branch;
- 2.3A letter of action under the Model Charter in case the company operates under the Model Charter.
- 3If the agreement is signed on behalf of the Customer by a person under a power of attorney (POA), provide a copy of the POA.
Documents shall be submitted as certified copies with the inscription "True copy" signed by an official, indicating his or her position, full name, and date of certification, and sealed by the legal entity (if any). Where necessary, NOVA POSHTA LLC has the right to request additional documents.
- How to find information on the location of the cargo during the order fulfillment processn
Only the customer of the service can access such information through the communication channel agreed with the manager. This can be mobile voice communication, messengers, or email.
- How to get a refund if you refuse the service when paying in cash
According to the public agreement, you can refuse to provide services before the vehicle is served at the address specified in the request. Print out a refund request, fill it out, and send it to your manager. You will be refunded within 5 business days from the date of approval of your request. You can withdraw funds only in cash at a branch.
Refunds are not available after the vehicle is served, loaded, and departed from the starting point of the route.
