Receive at the pickup point
A pickup point is basically a branch on the territory of any operating business from which you can send a parcel with Nova Post.

You can send parcels and documents through the pickup point
Restrictions depend on the shipment weight

Shipments that are not picked up within the specified storage period will be taken to the nearest Nova Post branch. The number and address of the pickup point will be sent to the recipient by text message or mobile app.
How to collect a parcel from a partner point
As soon as the shipment arrives, you will receive an SMS or push notification with the number and address of the pickup point and the EW number.

- 2Pay for the services online if you are specified as the payer in the express waybill (EW).
- 3When you visit a partner point, show the operator your EW number and a document with which you can identify yourself, e.g. your passport or driver's license. The documents in the Diia app are also suitable.
Pickup points with a permitted weight up to 30 kg allow you to check the contents of your shipment in front of an operator.
At pickup points with a permitted weight up to 10 kg, you cannot check the contents.
