Create an express waybill (EW) to send the shipment
You can create an EW yourself. This will save you time on sending the parcel and you won't be queuing up for the operator.

Delivery cost includes:
Package: 0.5-4 kg
and an envelope for documentsService "Return"
There is no commission
for shipments with a declared value of up to 500 ₴
The service includes free services:
Storage
- All types of shipments, except for pallets
Up to 7 days
- Pallets
Up to 3 days
- Parcel locker
Up to 3 days. Then the parcel will be transported to the branch, nearest to the parcel locker.
The safekeeping time starts from the next day after arrival.

Automatic return of the shipment
The parcel is returned to the sender if the recipient doesn't collect it or refuses to accept it.
Easy return
The service allows you to return the item you have received within 14 days if it has not suited the recipient for any reason.

The service helps to quickly and conveniently organize and transfer a large number of shipments for transport

How to send from the branch:

- 2Pack the shipment according to the packing rules.
The goods for self-packing can be purchased in a branch or in our online store. You can also order the service "Packaging" at the branch. - 3Deliver the shipment to the nearest branch office. The location of each branch is shown on the map. The description of each branch includes the address, the work schedule, the services available and the parameters allowed for shipments.
- 4Hand over the shipment and the printed EW number to the operator - or inform the operator of the number. The operator will check the actual and volume weight of the shipment.
- 5If you are specified as a service payer, pay for delivery services: cash, card or receive a document for a cashless payment.
- 6Sign the documents provided by the operator. The documents must be kept until the shipment is delivered to the recipient.
- 7Provide the recipient with an EW number to track the shipment status.Delivery status can also be tracked via online tracking.
