How to request delivery by Nova Post

   Once you've added the items to your online shopping cart, select Nova Global delivery. Specify the nearest branch or parcel locker number or location in Ukraine for courier delivery.

   Pay for the order.

   Track your shipment at all stages through the Nova Post app or at the Nova Global website. The tracking number will be sent to you after payment.

Additional customs fees are charged for parcels over €150

  Import duty: 10% of exceeding €150
• 2
  VAT: 20% of the shipment value (exceeding €150 + import duty)

Calculation template

A product costs €200. Customs fees will be as follows:

  Import duty = (€200 - €150) х 10% = €5
• 2
  VAT = (€200 - €150 + €5) х 20% = €11

Total tax payable: €5 + €11 = €16
