Pick up at the branch
You can receive the shipment:
- 1According to the documents or EW
- 2According to the customer code in the mobile app
Once the shipment arrives at the branch, you will receive an SMS or push notification with the branch number and express waybill (EW) number.
Once handed over, you can check the contents of the shipment in the presence of the operator. If everything is OK and there is no need to return the shipment, the operator will provide an express waybill as a confirmation of receipt
How to receive a shipment using the mobile app
- 1Pay for the delivery in the app if you are specified as the payer of the service.
- 2While at the branch, let the operator scan the customer's code from the main screen of the app. After the operator hands over the shipment, inspect the contents to make sure everything is fine.
How to receive a shipment by showing your documents
- 1Show the operator your EW number and a document that can be used to identify you, such as your passport or driver's license. Documents in the Diia app are also suitable. We've compiled a full list of documents for you to receive the shipment here.
- 2Pay for the shipment if the recipient is specified as the payer.
