Forward your shipment while it's still on the way for free
Forwarding within the city and throughout Ukraine is free of charge until the shipment has reached its ultimate destination*, whether it be a branch, parcel locker, or pickup point, or until it is in the hands of the courier for the initial delivery attempt to the specified address.
* For multi-seat EWs, the arrival is based on the arrival of all seats at the branch/pickup point or handing over to the courier for delivery to the address (first delivery attempt).

How to order forwarding in the mobile app
- 1Access the app and select the parcel you want to forward.
- 2Click the "Forward parcel" button.
- 3Select a new delivery location and click the "Change delivery location" button.
- 4Confirm the forwarding by clicking "Yes, change it". If required, pay for the forwarding service immediately.
- 5The parcel screen will display the new delivery location and arrival time.
- 6You can cancel the service or change the delivery address until the parcel has left for the new destination.
