Request your shipments to your address and save your time

The courier will deliver your parcel to the door of your home, office, or apartment.

The courier will deliver shipments up to 30 kg to the door for free, while shipments over 30 kg – for an additional fee.

Time of shipment delivery to the address: until 6 p.m., regardless of the location

How to receive your shipment

On the delivery day, you will get a notification on your phone number about the time of delivery to the address specified in the express waybill (EW).

    Pay for the delivery: in cash to the courier or online in the business account.

Non-cash payments are settled every 10 days based on the following:

How to order to the door delivery for parcels over 30 kg

Enable the "To the Door" option when creating a shipment in the business account or via API integration.

* The cost is calculated by the higher of either the volumetric or the actual weight of the shipment ID (Internet document) (calculated weight).
** The cost of lifting the "Tires/Disks" shipment is calculated according to the cargo cost
*** The cost of lifting a collapsible pallet is calculated according to the cargo cost
**** The cost of lifting a non-collapsible pallet to the ground floor is 300 ₴. Lifting a non-collapsible pallet over the ground floor is calculated according to the cargo cost.

To the door delivery is available if:

    One place of shipment weighs up to 100 kg
  • 2
    The distance from the parking lot of the Nova Post vehicle to the recipient's building does not exceed 50 meters
  • 3
    There are no obstacles to moving the shipment (narrow aisles)
  • 1
    If the elevator is down or there is no power supply in the Recipient's house, lifting the shipment is possible:
    • 1.1
      o For parcels up to 30 kg, no higher than the 5th floor;
    • 1.2
      For parcels over 30 kg, no higher than the 1st floor

Alternatively, reschedule the delivery for another day or forward it to the nearest branch for pickup

To the door delivery is not available for shipments with crating, pallet boards, and flatboxes.

Pick the time interval you need* and the courier will deliver the parcel when it's convenient for you

* Time intervals may differ depending on the location. Courier delivery at specified time intervals is available in all regional centers, except for the temporarily occupied ones, as well as in cities: Kamianske, Kremenchuk, Kryvyi Rih, and Bila Tserkva.

This service is free of charge and can be ordered by both the recipient and the sender, from branch to address or from address to address:

  • Refusal to receive
    Specify the reason for refusing to receive the parcel.
  • Storage
    Free of charge: 3 days for pallets, 7 days for other shipments. Storage at the addressed delivery service for 7 days. Further, up to 30 days – in the branch.
  • Easy return
    You can return the received shipment within 14 days.
  • Receipt of shipments by register
    Receive lots of shipments quickly and easily.
  • Forwarding
    You can forward your shipment at any time. Forwarding within the city and throughout Ukraine is free of charge until the shipment has reached its ultimate destination.
