You can send money at Nova Post branches providing financial services. You can collect the money transfer in cash at Nova Post branches.

The service is paid by the sender

1.5% of the amount, but not less than 15 ₴

How to transfer money via Nova Post

With the help of the operator at the Nova Post branch

If the transfer amount exceeds 5,000 ₴, you must present your passport and identification code to the branch operator.

How to receive a money transfer

    Select the Nova Post branch with a NovaPay point.

    You must present a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a control number from the sender of the transfer to the branch operator.

Service restrictions and conditions

Service restrictions:

    The maximum sum of one transfer that can be sent at a branch with a card is 29,999 ₴
  • 2
    Transfers per day are limited to 100,000 ₴
  • 3
    The maximum sum of a transfer paid online on the website is 29,999 ₴
  • 4
    When paying with a card or transferring to a card, the bank servicing that card may charge an additional fee
  • 5
    The maximum sum that can be sent in cash at a branch is 399,999.99 ₴

Transfer conditions

    The service cost is paid by the sender

    The sender can revoke the transfer until the money is collected
  • 3
    Money can be transferred by individuals only in hryvnias within the territory of Ukraine
  • 4
    You can make a transfer in the NovaPay app, at a branch, or in the Nova Post app

    This service is provided by NovaPay LLC, a financial partner. The list of documents is available on the Company's website

If the sender chooses to cancel the transfer, the fee is not reimbursed.
