You can send money from 200+ countries and territories and, in just a few minutes, the funds will be available at any of the 3,500 NovaPay points operating within Nova Post across Ukraine.

Since February 24, 2022, the NBU has prohibited international money transfers from Ukraine. However, Nova Post still allows you to receive a money transfer from abroad in Ukraine.

How to get a money transfer in Ukraine

For Ukrainian residents:

For a non-resident of Ukraine:

Service restrictions and conditions

    Money transfers shall be paid out in Ukraine at Nova Post branches in hryvnias only
  • 2
    The exchange rate for money transfers shall be set by the MoneyGram international payment system when sending funds
  • 3
    Money transfers from abroad shall be sent in the currency available in the MoneyGram system

One money transfer shall not exceed 10,000 US dollars or 7,000 euros as the equivalent of the national currency, the hryvnia. This restriction shall apply to both sending and receiving funds.
Additionally, a single client can send and receive up to 25,000 US dollars within 3 months or 75,000 US dollars within 12 months.

You can receive the money transfer within 90 days. Unclaimed transfers during this period can only be returned to the sender.
