Reliable Purchase

This service allows you to order goods on OLX and pay for them upon receipt.

Delivery can be ordered:

  To the address

  To the parcel locker*

If paying online

   Select a product on the website or in the OLX mobile app.

   Select delivery by Nova Post in the order details.

   Choose “Online payment” as the payment method.

   Pay for your purchase online, and your money will be credited to the account of Nova Post's financial partner.

   Check the product carefully upon receipt. If the order is not suitable, Nova Post will return the product to the seller free of charge, and your money will be refunded to the card you used to pay for it.

If cash on delivery

   Select a product on the website or in the OLX mobile app.

   Select delivery by Nova Post in the order details.

   Choose “Payment at the branch” as the payment method.

   Check the product carefully upon receipt. If the order is not suitable, Nova Post will return the product to the seller free of charge.

Service restrictions

  Additional services: Forwarding or Change shipment data are not available when ordering Reliable Purchase.

  Addressed services: pickup or delivery are not available for money transfer shipments.
• 3
  The following weight restrictions apply to this service: addressed services and branches up to 30 kg, parcel lockers up to 20 kg.
