Paying online for a shipment on behalf of a third party

This service in the Nova Post mobile app allows you to pay for delivery or make online cash on delivery for a third party receiving the shipment.

This service can be accessed in the mobile app

  • 1. Open the "My parcels"
    tab
  • 2. Click the "Add waybill" button
  • 3. Enter the shipment's express waybill (EW) number
  • 4. Press the "Full parcel details" button in the "Parcel details" tab
  • 5. Enter the recipient's phone number to which the shipment was registered
  • 6. Once this is done, the option to pay for the shipment activates

Service restrictions

  1. 1
    This service can be applied by both individuals and legal entities. Exceptionally, the service cannot be paid for if a shipment is delivered by courier to a legal entity.
  2. 2
    You must update the mobile app to the latest version to activate the service.
  3. 3
    The sender must physically take the parcel to a Nova Post parcel locker, branch or courier.
  4. 4
    Online payment for shipment cannot exceed 29,999 ₴.
