Ukrainian logistics operator Nova Post has entered the UK market. It opened branches in London, and a courier can be called through a mobile app

"We continue to scale up in Europe. Last week we entered Spain, and today we are celebrating the official start of our work in the UK market. Along with the opening of branches, we have launched courier delivery. In the near future, we will provide the opportunity to send and receive parcels through the network of parcel lockers of our partner InPost. We are doing all this to ensure that our customers have a convenient and fast delivery service," comments Vyacheslav Klymov, co-owner of NOVA Group (Nova Post).

Nova Post branches operate in London at the following addresses:

  branch with a weight limit of up to 30 kg: 42 Fleet St, Temple, EC4Y 1BT.
• 2
  cargo branch with a weight limit of up to 1000 kg: Unit 7, Falcon Court, St. Martin's Way, SW17 0JH.

Both branches are open daily.

The opening was attended by Fesko Eduard, Charge d'Affaires of Ukraine to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, who was the first guest of honor to send a greeting card to Ukraine. Nova Post's entry into the UK market proves the resilience of Ukrainian business. It shows its readiness to adapt, develop and scale. I am confident that the opening of the branch will be only the beginning of the company's large-scale development in the UK and will help deepen cooperation between local entrepreneurs and Ukrainian business," he said during the opening ceremony.

The cost of delivery from the UK to Ukraine to the branch is as follows:

  parcels up to 2 kg - £20

  parcels up to 10 kg - £30

  parcels up to 30 kg - £45

In addition, customers can order the delivery of parcels up to 1000 kg by courier to any address in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales: Nova Post couriers will deliver parcels within London. At the same time, DPD has become Nova Post's delivery partner across the UK, helping to deliver parcels to any location in the country, as well as pick up parcels from the customer's address to deliver them to the recipient in Ukraine or across the country.

For courier delivery of parcels up to 30 kg, customers will need to pay an additional £3, and for every 100 kg of shipment weight, an additional £10.

To call a courier, you can use convenient digital tools: the Nova Post mobile app, the customer's business account and the website (novapost.com). The mobile app allows you to create invoices, pay for delivery, call a courier, search for the nearest branch, and track the parcel's location online. The app is available in English and can be downloaded from Google Play and Apple Store.

Previously, Nova Post opened 90 of its own branches in Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Moldova, Hungary, Italy, Spain and, from now on, the UK.
